Did a lot of damage to my house while installing. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to repair the damage or give me a partial refund for the cost of repairs. I was told they would not. see pictures below. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else not to use them either.

They have installed granite in a kitchen remodel and quartz in a bathroom for us at different times. Their prices are reasonable, large selection of products, and installation was professional and timely. We are working on another bathroom and we will be using them again!

I recommend that you ask for their estimate. I purchased countertops with them on 10/27/23. I had been to their warehouse right before installation and picked out my stone. This particular stone they had several slabs and out of all those slabs one had some serious flaws. That is one of the ones they chose to bring out and install. When I expressed my concerns they were not willing to make it right and said it was nothing they could do. Also during installation they pulled one of the cabinets from the wall and there is a a gap now from the cabinet and wall. I will not be using this company for future projects and would not recommend them because there is no pride and accountability in their work or work ethic.

We just had all new Cambria Parr Sands Quartz Counter Tops installed by L and L- I-35. They ordered our Quartz and Cut and Installed it. We love them. They did an Amazing job and the two Installers were Top Notch! They replaced our kitchen, baths and utility room. I chose the one large Stainless Kitchen Sink and Added a Stainless Sink in the Utility room. We also chose the white rectangle bathroom sinks! They special ordered our Quartz and Installed all in 14 days. The two ladies in the I-35 store were so helpful and kind. We would highly recommend them❤️

We purchased an entire house full of new quartz countertops. When it came time for delivery and installation, they only sent 2 people. The lead man didn’t speak English. They destroyed the paint in multiple areas. The knocked huge dings in the doors and door casings. They left wet run off all over cabinets and floors. They left trash and chunks of stone in the grass, even when I provided a large trash can. When I complained, they sent their manager out. He wanted to “try” to repair the damage. I asked what type of equipment he brought. He said a PAINT BRUSH!!! I told him if anyone was to repair the paint damage, it was only to be done our professional painter. He then wanted to call and NEGOTIATE with him on the price. To make matters even worse, in the half bath, the sink cabinet required a minor amount of modification. It only required about 1/8” x 6” long on both sides to accommodate the new sink. The TWO MEN are in a 5’x6’ bathroom with the door CLOSED AND USED A DULL SAW BLADE!! When they came out coughing from the smoke that was created from the dull saw blade, the house was filled with the smell of a burnt out house. I complained and was told by the manager that they couldn’t do anything about it. We fumigated, cleaned, burnt incense, lit candles anything to get rid of the smell for over a month. As a last attempt, we called to have the, send a professional fire remediation company to hopefully remove the smell. The ladies said the manager was out of the country on vacation and would be back on June 10th. Haven’t heard a word since. We should have went with our second quote. We are checking our options for what we can do next. Hello Judge Judy 🤬🤬🤬I wish I knew how to show the pictures of all of the mess and damage.

This is the best countertop service we've ever experienced. There were so many selections at the warehouse. We found just what we were looking for. Measuring and installing appointments were quick and easy. They gave some great advice and opinions while still respecting our decisions. If you ever need new countertops, this is the place to go!

Update: After the post, they reached out and asked what they could do to make us happy. We answered with fix it or replace it, since then no reply to make things right. I recommend not using them as they know its a defective top and refuse to make it right. ----- Unlevel countertop installation and one top has buff marks that they claim is a factory defect and told it is what is. The last picture is what it should look like.
